Please contact us for details of fees. Nursery fees are payable one month in advance and by the 10th of each month.
Early Education Funding or 'funded 15 hours' is available to all 3 and 4 year old children and some 2 year olds (depending on household income). It becomes available at the start of the school term following the third birthday and sometimes immediately in the case of 2 year olds.
How do I claim EEF? We will ask you to complete a Parent Declaration Form in the weeks preceding the term that EEF starts. This must be signed three times each academic year (noting any changes to number of hours and /or personal details) and the first time we also must see proof of date of birth.
How do I check if I qualify for 2 year old EEF? The easiest way is to call Families Information Service on 0800 0730230 (freephone).
When is EEF payable? Basically EEF is paid in accordance with the school terms for a maximum of 38 weeks per academic year. EEF is not paid during school holidays or bank holidays.
Please note that the length of the academic year often exceeds 38 weeks so there can be up to 3 weeks that are not funded. During these weeks you can opt to not attend nursery or pay fees to attend as normal.
Attending for fewer than 15 hours per week. You can claim a free place subject to availability for any number of hours up to the 15 as long as they fit in with the session times of the nursery.
Attending for more than 15 hours per week. Attendance for more than 15 hours per week is subject to availability and is chargeable. The charge is made on a hourly basis for each hour above the initial 15 hours.
Our nursery is registered to accept all child care vouchers which your employer may offer you and which are tax beneficial – Computershare, Kiddivouchers, Care4 and so on.
